How we use it

• To process orders, take payment and arrange delivery.
• To answer your questions and handle returns.
• To send order updates. Marketing emails are only sent if you subscribe, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

Only the parties needed to fulfil your order: our payment provider, our delivery carriers and our hosting provider. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Storage and security

Data is stored on servers in Australia. Card details are never stored on our servers — card payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant provider. Passwords for the store administration area are stored as one-way hashes.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep your shopping bag working and a preference cookie to remember your currency. No advertising trackers are set by default.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Under the Australian Privacy Principles you may also complain to the OAIC. Contact us first and we will try to resolve it quickly.
