Terms & conditions

These terms apply to every order placed on this website. By placing an order you accept them.

1. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send the dispatch confirmation. If an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error, we will contact you and refund any payment taken.

2. Prices

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout. Prices may change without notice; the price at the time of ordering applies.

3. Payment

Payment must clear before dispatch, except for cash on delivery. Bank transfer orders are held for 3 business days.

4. Delivery

Delivery estimates are indicative. Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost in transit we will investigate and, where the carrier confirms loss, replace or refund it.

5. Returns

Returns are governed by our returns policy and by the Australian Consumer Law, which applies in addition to that policy.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the order.
